I really appreciate your posts on this thread. They are encouraging. I may be a little more open again after reading this thread, but I was that way at age 21 to age 23. As I wrote above, I almost was able to get back with my first love, but she completely changed her mind after I mentioned zoo, even though she said that she liked the stories. I think each situation is different, you just have to kind of feel a person out. It also depends how much you like someone that may not be into it. Well, I try to read the room first. If someone is fine with creepy comments, I feel more inclined leaving some. If someone doesn't like them, I don't leave them.

So yeah, I might view them as a compliment as well. But usually only when dealing with art. If an artist creates porn and it turns me on, I'd love telling them that they have succeeded in creating some arousing artwork. When I deal with unrelated photos or videos, like on this site, I might react similarly, considering it's just found footage anyway. But if someone posts personal stuff, I'd usually switch to some a bit more respectful demeanor, since I'd hate to scare somebody away who tried their best to open up to a community like us. In the end, we're all people and want to be treated with respect.
