Hello, I too could not access the site since late last night and early this morning (~23h/ 5h), so I gave up,
but I’m glad he came back ! :love:

I had same issue yesterday as well.

Click on the notifications > click "Mark read" and that should clear them. You can also manually go back and unselect them, and check to see if you might have missed a thread that you were wanting to watch.

Check if those are notifications from *groups* you follow.
For some reason those are not deleted when you read them, but you can just click on the white dot on the right of the notification and this will mark it as read.
 
How can I get rid of that damn banner about the survey?

I know, there's a survey. I don't want to do it, don't keep jamming it into my eye sockets.

I have a bug on chat. Its not a first time. Someone send me a invite to chat when i was logged out, the message when i click "start conversation" : ""You tried to join using a room ID without providing a list of servers to join from. Room IDs are internal identifiers that cannot be used without additional information. If you know the room address, try joining using it.""
 
It says this is a feedback thread.

We posed a joke in the DF dark humor thread. It was a non-vulgar t shirt depicting a silhouette of a young girl with a flute up her skirt and a pun reading “music in a minor.” Bad taste? Sure. That’s what that thread is all about. Joke? Obviously. CP, definitely not.

The mod Dogluvr chose to temp ban me without warning over a joke he didn’t appreciate. We subsequently requested Floofie to delete this account and scrub content.

Attached are the screens of that request. I have a feeling it won’t be honored due to the (nasty associated comment we received) which means your mods do and will attempt to collect and retain your data at their whim, regardless of what they say otherwise.

If they follow through on the request you won’t see this, so no harm no foul. If they don’t, I’ll repost the screens periodically so you can be aware of what they do with your data.


My feedback is don’t use your ego to censor users in a place where that isn’t supposed to happen.

We retain posts of those users that have been banned in some cases to not disrupt the content in discussions. If the ban was for animal abuse or CP, I usually delete all posts by that account to wipe any nasty stuff left behind.

If you ask for a deletion and you have more than 10 posts, your account will be deleted completely including posts by Floofy.
In some cases it might not be, because it is obvious the user just wants a new account to get around a ban or rules and such.

Since you are asking for a deletion, your account will be deleted.

Here is a quick guide on how to post stuff.
If you have a slight doubt that the image you are about to post is going to be against the rules. Such as containing children in inappropriate positions, blood or a inappropriate message for the intended thread, do not post it.

There was no abuse or cp. As a matter of fact, the ban didn’t occur until several days later, after the content was removed, and after I started taking about weebs and incels . Make of that what you will.

Funny, we delete posts if a member asks for their posts to be deleted. Plus we can see a deleted post because its just hiding from public view. Learn what soft and hard delete is. I wasn't the only one voting on the ban.
 
So, I spoke with @pes and @Dogdaddy69

Doggy explained that while my content had been removed, someone quoted it, and he could still see it. This means Dogluvr101 had only done his job.

I had thought he was throwing a fit by banning me days later because it coincided with me making fun of incels/weebs.

I owe @dogluver101 an apology. Sorry for the miscommunication. I’m not above admitting I can be a fucking retard.

I never delete my own content unless it’s in the wrong spot or a duplicate.
