I don't know if just messaging broke a rule, but you could report and state in the report what happened so mods may see it sooner
If it's a account created before the change they have access to PMs and aren't doing anything wrong.Should I report the user?
You can't reply to a report notification, if there's issue you believe we overlooked report it again and give a more detailed description so we know what we're looking for, if it's urgent @ me or any other mod and we'll send you a PM.Is there a way to reply to a notification that is received after a rule violation report has been submitted? I can't recall specific instances right now, but on a few occasions I received a mod notification and wanted to respond (either for clarity or any follow-up). I know on the main page it sometimes shows which mods/admins are currently online, but sometimes it doesn't. Just a thought, obviously if I can't recall any specific instances it was nothing too important.
Gotcha. Thanks Mare! You can't reply to a report notification, if there's issue you believe we overlooked report it again and give a more detailed description so we know what we're looking for, if it's urgent @ me or any other mod and we'll send you a PM.
I think it was around 6 months ago? I could be completely wrong but I vaguely remember seeing something about it. Might be in the rules. Let me checkHow long ago was the rule changed
Not sure if that's a bug, or a feature... Seems to me that if you don't respond to a notification of a new post to a watched thread, you stop getting the notifications. Can't say if it's deliberate, a side-effect, or just a plain bug, but I have noticed that threads I used to watch, but then started ignoring the notifications for, eventually stop telling me about new activity on 'em, regardless of whether I specifically "unwatch" them. One example, the "count to (whatever the numebr is now)" thread in F&G - I posted to it for a while, so it put it in "watch mode" for me, but a few days after the last time I posted to it (and didn't bother clicking to go to it when notifications about new posts to it came in) I stopped getting notifications without deliberately turning them off. (Which is fine with me, but kinda puzzling when you notice that a thread that was spewing "somebody posted" notices at you just stops for no obvious reason)
I think Old man commented on this the other day but I don't remember exactly what he said. Did you see his comment? I can look around for it if you didntsomeone else mentioned this possibility. if that's the case, it screws people if the missed notification(s) were accidentally missed. if this is no longer a bug report because it's working as intended, i'd like to submit feedback that i'd like it to be changed so that watched threads always give notifications.
Happy to help out in any way I can just doing my due diligence as a citizen of this community.Mare, call off the fire brigade lol
I wish more people were vigilant like you my guy. It would help things run more smoovely lol

It was the same for me a for few days, tried from my phone and it worked right away. Not sure if they fixed it or if I just found a workaroundWhen trying to make a new account using protonmail it says its a banned email provider
Seen that sometimes, others directly ask to save locally instead of play.I have noticed that most videos wont play on this site now. it just keeps loading and never really plays. noticed it within last month.

If you can right click and download, it is more likely a browser (codec plugin, etc) than a site problem.
Could you link and example or two so others can check of the same happens with other devices/browsers?
im using firefoxPlays ok for me on Chrome and Android. May try it later from Win & Firefox on the desktop
Looks like it is Ok serverside. I don't know if there is a different way to encode it serverwise that would make it easier for the browser

Of course, this clip is crappy commercial porn with an un-erect stallion so chances are it won't be around long anyway.Plays ok for me on Chrome and Android. May try it later from Win & Firefox on the desktop

Indeed, terrible election of example ?Of course, this clip is crappy commercial porn with an un-erect stallion so chances are it won't be around long anyway.
Maybe the connection to the server is just slow or lost while loading.I have noticed that most videos wont play on this site now. it just keeps loading and never really plays. noticed it within last month.
