I’m a fan of the classics. Grateful Dead is my top band. They’re technically rock but they’re a breed unto their own if you ask me. Otherwise I like most anything twangy.

Older or newer? My older pick would either the sex pistols or the cure. Of the new stuff, I like what Travis Barker has been doing but he's more pop punk. I've enjoyed all of Suecos last album too. Can't forget Good Charlotte, Paramore, and MCR too

I think that anyone who's serious about music should open themselves up to genres that are outside of their comfort zone; there is good and bad to be found everywhere!

That said, my default go-to is heavy metal! If it sounds like the quake 2 soundtrack, then I'm hyped.
