In a way like a sewing machine would work. Half efficiency in sewing it (which actually relates to "insert the needle"), but full speed. Sometimes the step back is necessary. In this thought-case it would be unnecessary, except if you would want to paint something on the earth which needs a step back, basically.

Now I'm taking a long (> 2 hours) and very hot full bath because a slight infection might get eradicated by this effectively.
Have a good time, floofs and floofers, drink your magnesium citrate as a preventative cramp prevention and hopefully enjoy a better weather than we have here right now.
Days and days of snow, ice and rain. If you think it's fine with a bit better weather, then it changes to rain and everything soaks. If you think it's too cold, then it snows - and everything hardens, as such work is not that easy. No way to work with cement / mortar at freezing point. Wouldn't harden to adequate results, just tear and break.

Can you please try the magnesium dietary supplement? Go 250-300% above the recommended daily intake of magnesium and see if the pain ease after a week or so.Nope, unfortunately it's gotten worse. It might be a bad cramp. And due to medical reasons I can't take any pain medication for it.

Not too sure, really. I took about a 7 hours sleep in front of the nice and cozy mock fire place on the 1,000 watt setting. My foot, or really my ankle, feels a little better for now, but it still hurts quite a bit. I'm about to have to walk the doggy girls around the yard, so it may start hurting just the same again. I'm definitely not going to get to walk the mile around the neighborhood today, that's for sure.
As far as I can tell it's not swollen or anything, and it felt just fine yesterday... or rather the day before, technically.
