It will, Floofer. But the problem is, that - if it is related to cramps - if you fall asleep, after around 1,5 to 2 hours your body exothermic losses are in standby at around 40-50% of the "low activity awake" losses. This lets things cool down with the "same insulation" as you fell asleep with.

As such it will not necessarily go away for a longer time. And the damages through cramps can disturb you a good 24h to 48h, depending on how intense they are. That's why I suggested the harmless intake of magnesium citrate. (y)

If you have enough MG in your body, it isn't toxic or anything. Will just get removed.
