I REALLY love my Medium Rex. I can take the knot without too much difficulty. I just ordered That super textured Paws Natural Akita, and I am just too excited for it to get here. I'm probably going to have difficulty walking for a few days.

I can vouch for Bad-dragon's Rex. Loved it so much I have one in medium and large.

Now is that going off the old measurements for the Lrg. Rex (which now is a Med. Rex) or the current Lrg. Rex measurements as posted on their chart?

Something in the back of my head was saying that they had adjusted the sizes slightly with the addition of the XL, but I very well could be mistaken myself... just going off past experience with my old boy (he was closer to the Med. Rex) but that was just my experience and as we know, each dog is unique and tasty err, special in their endowment.

When we decided to make our own we took some modeling clay and shaped a penis that we thought we both would like and made our cast from it. Our first one was shaped like a man's penis with a big head. The shaft was 6 inches circumference and the head was 7 inches, and it was 9 inches long. Our second one was a dog dick and knot. It is a 8 inch knot with a 5 1/2 inch shaft that is 7 inches in front of the knot and the knot is 2 inches and then the shaft after the knot is 3 inches. That one is a total of 12 inches long.
Both of them work real good. In fact the man's penis makes a popping sound when you yank it out of your pussy. We made 6 dildos of each style and so far we both have only used our first ones. They do seem to hold up real well.
You can buy a kit on Amazon if you want to try it for yourself. It's real easy but the cost is not a great savings.

I have this one in black. It’s a lot of fun and feels great. Although I wish the texture was different on the knot.
 
I think the one I ordered is the next size down from there, but not by too much - just 1/4th of an inch smaller in the knot department
They might be the same size, actually, now that I’m looking at the photos online...
I just hope I’m not getting in over my head here on this new endeavor, that’s my only concern

I have "Neo" from Elypse Art, and it's a good size for me... I cum so much harder while knotted with it. But for some reason the tubing is all messed up and it likes to lose air while it's in me. I have a Zeta Paws Helmutt, an Elypse Art Vixen, and a Bad Dragon Rex L/S. I love all of them, honestly. The Vixen is definitely a favorite, as I love pulling on it once it's inside and inflated.
