When I say drop hints it can be subtle things. If my dog humps another one I tell him to stop and tell the owner I am sorry he does that to me at home all the time.
If they ask why he is intact I tell them I use him for breeding and smile.

You have to be a very kind of special to think anyone in their right minds would arrest me for that. Let alone listen to a person that when to the police reporting it. Besides the fact that it is legal where I currently am this goes for anywhere else in the world.
