Pretty depressed. I've no reason to be, but somehow, that's when our demons come back the worst sometimes.
Hate to admit I know the feeling, but I do. You don't have to let your demons win though. They can only control you as much as you let them.

I'm feeling chilly but good on this crisp, Spring morning.
A trick I learned - Don't invite your demon in for tea, but listen to what he has to say as to why he's at your door - you two may have a common foe to conquer and calm you both!
I hate to tell you this but you gotta learn to let things be and let it go if you want those demons removed.
Depends on the demon, some of stronger than others. Nothing that can't be beat though, that's for sure.
