That's for sure: if you're someone who finds almost similar looking people quite often or you don't usually post much images on the .nets, then it's a quite low chance to actually find you with the help of such tools.
But if you have tattoos visible, scars, defects (heterochromia as example) or even "just" birthmarks, colorization which is not that usual, you wear specific (not often seen) rings, any piercings or even accessories - this raises the identifiable markers by a lot.
If someone is careful with images of themself, I don't see a "really high risk" by just this one tool, don't worry. But after all: it's the combination of told information, profile or nick related information (as example your region / country / state), your animal companions and ways more. And each day there are new "helping" tools and they get better rapidly.
The more "unique and easy to recognize under 1000s of comparable looking people" one is by even smaller details, the higher is the risk, as nowadays people upload even images of you without asking you, because you're just a "part of the open space in their own image".
