It remembers me of a bear, aside the face. As such my first impression is always bear'ish ? while I know it must be a wolf.
I don't know that animation or comic.

That's Loopy de Loop. He was never very popular, so I don't expect people to recognise him, but I wish they'd stop mistaking him for Yogi Bear.

Hehe, Yogi looks different, that's for sure.
With the long snout as well as pointy ears, it could just be a canid. But the color-body-impression is a bit more bearish.

Phew, done sanding (more like: taking away a lot of wood without much work thanks to overpowered tools) of a wooden plate.

And now sawing away some quite hard to saw stuff (not wood) which generates a lot of mess. Hooray.
