Woot, just walked a whole 1 mile (1.61 km) with the doggy girls.
The main reason I like to keep myself as anonymous as possible is the very fact that there are groups, often in the several hundreds but sometimes in the thousands that hunt zoos. 1 person looking to dox a zoo isn't much of a threat unless you really fuck up and make yourself exposed. But gather, say, 442 anti-zoos working together to find bits and pieces of information could in turn slowly make up the picture by adding a few pixels at a time, slowly but collectively. Eventually enough pixels could be found which allows the picture to be interpreted for what it is.
You might think I'm a little too paranoid, and maybe I am just a little... but it was due to tiny little, on the surface seemingly insignificant, pieces of information all shared amongst a large group of zoo hunters, all working together, which lead to the doxxing of Toggles the rat. It was also due to a large collective group that the person that went around violently assaulting people at Trump rallies was doxxed. He thought a face mask and heavy hooded clothing was enough, but enough people were determined to figure out who he was, and little by little the pieces added up until his true identity was matched.
It's cases like these which makes me a bit gunshy to share ANY information that could, on the surface, seem insignificant. But to someone malicious is merely a pixel they can they can add to the pool, eventually leading to the whole picture being uncovered. Me being an administrator on the largest zoophiles forum currently around would likely make me a pretty good target for such a collective attack.
