I am actually somewhat irritated by a hardly visible aspect on the picture, while analyzing details:
What dangles around her private parts right on her belly side? A twig?! And why? ?
There's a leaf visible, upwards of all the grassy area? ?
I wonder if the fox is in reality a lawn mower, as this is usually what sticks around ones body if the user forgot to add the collecting remains box to the lawn mower.

Hmm. The only acceptable jewelry for my body are biogenetic or biomechanical / exoskeleton based improvements, actually.
That one piercing was basically a test run. It was more or less a self-developed try for body modifications (with links to the above).
In relation to random holes, stickers (tattoos) which color your lymph knots black for 25+ years, as the body tries to get rid of the colors through the usual disposal ways.. and other body modifications without any physical reason (aka improving), I am not a friend of those.
Tho: each person can decide what they do with the given body, doesn't change my opinion about them. I myself would not add something which doesn't improve functionality. And that one piercing actually does this in relation to specific activities with specific partners.

I don't have any tatt's, and currently only piercings in my ears, but I did use to rock a belly button piercing in my younger days.
Had to remove it when doing sports, so it pretty much became a "weekend while having a short top or shirt" thing until I outgrew it.
