? is nice, but ? is king!
Depends, actually. I am quite cold today due to a light fever and infection, as such a full bath with steaming hot water is exactly the right thing to do.

Just finished preparations, teeth brushed, shampoo recovered (storage bin, not easy to find) and now off to an enjoyable full bath, basically a slow steaming cuisine for foxes. ?♨️ = ?

Hooray for full baths. Some times. Mostly showers, as ways more cost efficient and time saving. :ROFLMAO:

Oof, I hope you feel better soon, mad scientist fox.

Hooray for full baths.
I dunno, baths kind of gross me out, as I feel like I'm basically laying in a soapy stew of my own filth I've collected throughout the day. I feel so much cleaner when taking showers.

Thank you, my good floofer - it's nothing serious, fortunately. 14+ months of long Covid to the extremes were enough for a lifetime, no need to repeat that, as such off to a good bath. ?

Hmm, I basically take three steps: hot water for initial cleaning and soaping of body, then draining it while shampooing the long fox hair intensely, then using very hot water to shower clean, then staying in the water for 10-15 minutes? around, then I'm kneeing and showering cold with the hand shower as to close hair cells and get the remaining "stew" flushed away.

Doesn't take that long at all, like 30 minutes. Drying and new clothes like 15 minutes. Just the cleaning (drying) of the bathroom or what one would call as such takes another 30-50 minutes, depending on my perfectionism.

Never had the feeling to not be "clean" after this, but it might differ from animal to animal.

In summer I just shower cold with garden hose in the garden, but not at -2°C. That would kill one earlier or later if it takes longer than a few minutes.

By the way: didn't even respond to the posting about regeneration of forests on a healthy level by fires - I've to say that I fully support the idea, but it's rare to see companies do a lot of effort if it's possible in a cheaper way, unfortunately.
The fire is not for the regrowal of the trees themselves, but plants, schrooms, bugs and so forth that needs burned wood or ground to thrive.

Certified companies (wast majority of forestry companies) needs to burn at least 5% of the areas they harvest every year. So it is not entirely unheard of.
But yes, even more would be better.
