Are all you folks already on the new forum (Zoocadia)?

Let's say that I would have first asked the administrator for permission to advertise the forum, since it basically started with an invitation method. Nevermind... A significant part of the members here will consider it elitist, exclusive shit.

And yeah "ZV 2.0" and same Xenforo system but:
-no bestiality
-no fetish
-no kink
-no fucking dickpic
-no porn or very rare
-no stupid questions and answers
-no fake women account with horny mans
-no trolls, flamers
-no need "reading thread, jesus fucking christ" memes

Time will tell how strong it will be.

Been checking out that place since it went public.
And the "major" differences I have noticed are the absence of non-zoo porn, their "no personal ads or meetup" requests in the forum rule (even if they technically allow those in PM'a), their "free speech" area having some moderation, no human genitalia as profile pictures, and recent talk about possibly removing all fetishistic typed threads.

It's definitely not a forum for everyone, more of a place for animal loving zoo's to hang out without being outnumbered ten to one by horndogs and leg-humpers. A lot of interesting and genuine discussions are talking place there.

This may be a stupid question or request but can someone please define these terms for me. I've seen some of these terms being used however im not informed on the exact definitions. I'm not exactly the most informed on the subject but I was led to believe that a zoophile or Zoo is someone attracted to animals. Romantics or sadists aren't exactly zoo specific but are the others some type of voyeur fetish? As in they don't have any feelings towards animals, they just want to watch others with them?

Zoo romantic= num num num who's my big paw you are. (Kinda like my dynamic where I had a funny pet name thing with her and went with it. You know basically Romanticism except with your animal partner.)

Zoophile= I really love how dogs communicate and be as straightforward as they can be. (a person who really loves animals in a abnormal way according to societal standards. In other words really cares what their life entrails)

Zoo sexuality zoophile= just simply the above but with benefits? It's just simply sex but with the regard knowing that you responded properly to their advances.

Fetish/kinks/bestialists are mostly about the physical and/or degrading aspects of it? But there are those who respect their companion but those are limited cases (as far as I know.)
 
There's was a zoo forum that was the same, just for people who are animal lovers, no porn, or nudity avatars allowed, but can't remember exactly the name, and many closed down too.

Zoophile, some one who cares for animals on a much deeper level and considers them as more equal, bestialist in group refers to some who view them more as a means to just get off, this includes the fetish crowd

But if one wishes to be hyper anal, Technicaly one can be a zoophile with out sex, and thus it ends there if sex is involved then they'd be a zoophile / bestialist in technical terms, thuse we sort of clarified via creating zoosexual for within our community and it seems the term may be wiggling its way into the technical field too as a diagnostic distinguisher.

So basically:
Zoophile = loves animals
Zoosexual = Loves animals + sex
Bestialist = just a jerk off aid (Includes fetishists)

Introdution. We used to expect on the hungarian forums, but then it was discontinued. A quick and short introductory (male/female, age, favorite animal, what kind of experience you have, what kind of animal you have) etc Rick Grimes questions is still expected in hungarian Telegram groups.

99% likely all to choose the 18+ option. And I think that's why they ask for an long introduction, because the words of a 13yo and the words of an adult are different, so they filter out the age manually. This works for a 3,000 person forum, but never for a ZV-sized one.
I think the further functioning of the forum is that the child accounts are limited in the type of thread that can be viewed.
It's... It's a very complicated, rather stupid idea.

True, though many zoos including myself tend to use "zooromantic" for nonsexual zoophilia since the term zoophilia is so synonymous in society with sex.

It ha a porn section but there's a waiting period and it will be way, way more restrictive to keep out shit where nonhuman partners are being disrespected or objectified.


As for being viewed as "elitist", anyone who views it that way is making it all about themselves and is obviously too self-centered to be a truly compassionate, unselfish zoo who understands the importance of eliminating the abuse from the zoo community and emphasizing true love for nonhuman animals, which is the definition of zoophilia. Which means they aren't zoos, they are animal-users. Bestialists, fetishists, and the like. Those and the dreaded zoosadists are going to react that way because everything is all about them. It's why they're more focused on using a being they view as lesser to get what they want rather than giving and loving. Those types are everything that's wrong with the "zoo community".

I do have concerns, I do not deny this, about how long Zoocadia, because many similar forums have already gone to the trash or stopped living. See ZWG or Zoocommunity.
Zoocadia is a ZV with these areas.

Since most of the members are experienced, I worry that it will run out of topics to talk about after a while. It is likely that they will need something that can sustain the topic of conversation and form a group of friends from it.
Zoocadia was already needed, the atmosphere of ZV is too strong. I like ZV, but you need a separate place (not just a separate section) where you can find peace, that would be the essence of ZC.
 
I checked out that zoocommunity forum, looks familiar something about the head topic but not sure if it's the same one I saw, been few years back but it doesn't look pleasantly like here or on ZC. Don't know anyone's perspective of zoocommunity ?‍♂️

ZV and ZC use Xenforo, ZWG and Zoocommunity use myBB. This is why they look alike.

BF used phpBB if I remember correctly. We also use it on the hungarian zoo/furry forums (and e107, SMF).

And there again in lies the problems why such forums die, you fail to grasp you are trying to be zooier than thou, ie virtue signalling yet failing to grasp you are no better or worse then any other zoo.if I wanted to see Autofellatio I am sure there is videos of that here.

you are trying to treat subjective ideas as if they are a solid substance. And any group who builds their identity over virtue signalling has nothing to offer. Sure there are gross obnoxious loathsome horny net trolls here, but they still now and then pose a good question, echo chambers are pathetic and boring why every one of these "I'm more zooier than you" sites dies a slow tedious death as the virtue signalling bores and drives off all but the most desperate virtue signallers.

Me I'm going to stick with the chaotic mess even if some aspects piss me off as it is dynamic and alive like life.

Welp, wasn't planning on posting in this thread quite yet, but yes. We spoke to WolfNyx and addressed a couple of things. Other things we were having issues even replicating. Although some of the issues mentioned are also issues on ZV.

But if anyone's curious I still do plan on being an administrator here, I don't hate ZooVille or anything like that. Zoocadia is mostly a passion project between myself, @Octavian, @FoxandtheHounds, huskbernard, @Daneζ, and @Bloodwolf. It has nothing to do with ZooVille and is it's own thing. It is on the same forum software, Xenforo, but after looking at 20 different forum softwares Xenforo fit our needs/wants the most.

Basically it's a forum that more caters to zoophiles and less to fetishists, pornhounds, and wankers, but we still want people to be themselves. We don't have a non-zoo porn section, genitals are not allowed as avatars nor profile banners, personal ads and meetup requests are not allowed to be posted on the forum, you have to actually participate on the forum to see the porn section, and we do have "The Controversial Zone" which is similar to the DF except it does have a couple additional rules besides the ones already on ZV. The DF adjacent section is also opt-in as well, and the majority of users do choose to do so. But we know not everyone wants to see that section, which is why it's opt-in, meaning, if you don't want to see it, you don't have to.

Basically, you'll mainly see less "DM me gurl, ur hawt! ???" and "19F looking for someone to give me sex with big dog, am virgin, UwU" type posts. The idea is to make it to where these types of people will not want to stick around the forum for too long. Eliminating the non-zoo and personal ad sections should also yield less catfish/fake accounts as well, since it's those are the areas that they mainly propagate on this forum, as well as the desperate wankers that fall for them.

The forum is pretty small (but quickly growing), but will always be smaller than ZooVille. There's no ifs, ands, nor buts about that. And that's fine with the staff members that run this site, everyone understands that. We wouldn't want 90% of the userbase (kinksters/fetishists/pornhounds) on Zoocadia anyways. As, many of you know, actual zoos are outnumbered 10:1 on here.

Join or don't join, it's up to you. We know that it's not going to be a zooey space for everyone and that's mainly the point. It's a space for actual zoos that want to come together in one area, a breath of fresh air from all the kinksters/pornhounds/and fetishists.
