Google has informed me that Turkish coffee is a style of preparation that involves using very fine unfiltered ground coffee beans. Oooh, ahhh.

The roasting is more intense than in the case of European coffees and the preparation method is also completely different. not as sophisticated as an espresso, but definitely the best of the Middle Eastern coffee styles.
