Everybody sucks at MSPaint. Its not exactly a tool you can get proficient with. But damned if it wasn't useful in its own right as a quick & dirty img manipulator. It was lite and fast, rudimentary, the DLLs were easy to add support for other file formats beyond its original capabilities, and it had goodies tucked away in the tools menus that were surprisingly useful, then and now.
