Depends on what you define as "zoo." I see it as a sexual orientation, not a particular set of decisions or lifestyles, so I'd expect just statistically there are more zoo vets than just me.

You should be grooming your horse regularly, and I would expect dried semen to brush right off with no issue.

Goldens get skin issues unfortunately very commonly. I would hesitate to jump right to food allergies, as these are statistically a bit lower on the list of potential dermatological issues, and you should work through other allergic causes first. Most importantly, don't change too many things at once -- the shampoo AND the food AND the lotion AND whatever else you pick -- you won't be able to identify what the cause was.
If you have a good GP vet and you really want this resolved, I'd schedule a visit to get some eyes on the actual issue, do a skin scrape to look for potential infectious stuff, and get records of the treatments/findings recorded so you have a starting place to work with.
Allergies and skin issues can be a long and frustrating process to work through, and I hope you can figure things out for your companion!

Wasn't able to get a good Pic however his condition does seem to be getting better with the use of hydrocortisone moisturizer for dogs my best guess is it's the shampoo I used for him dryed his skin out. Thanks for the tips I'll keep them in mind if his condition were to return.i would suggest to use a mild anti itch dog shampoo (maybe once a week) to get out the dead skin, then i would get a skin sample at vet for investigation
there are many reasons from fungus to mites - if u want a better opinion here u should upload some pics of the areas if its visible
did u regular clean the resting places? (i would suggest to put easy to clean blankets on them and change them every 2-3 days to no dead skin debis build up there, then wash them as hot as possible with mild cleaner)
and maybe change the dogfood for some allergic ones couldnt hurt

If you don't have one already, invest in a high velocity grooming blow dryer. Goldens and many other dogs have thick undercoats that may take a long time to dry out after a good bath where you are working water and soap down to the skin in the undercoat. This can result in moisture related issues to the skin including making a good environment for fungus and germs that can irritate the skin even further.
This can result in a cycle of giving more baths in hope of helping but it is really pouring gas on the fire.

This also includes toys you plan on using clean and sanitize them so that your keeping least amount of bacteria out of there possible...
As for her don't really have to worry about her she's going to clean herself and flush out naturally. You pretty much just gotta keep her clean over all so a bath a couple times a month will do just fine I usually just rince her rear really well in the shower.

Can you answer my second question please? I am trying to find a way to clip my dog’s nails and he is pulling away so I end up cutting them too short because my small dog is being difficult when I try to clip them. Lack of funds are preventing me from taking him to the groomer so I have to do it myself or have help if I can’t do it by myself.

Most of the time we are in medical mode, have many additional patients, very little mental bandwidth to spend on each individual patient, and basically none of us are zoos. Unless you bring your dog in with a particular concern like a lump deep in the vaginal canal (where the question of how you spotted it would arise), you should be totally fine. Never keep yourself from getting medical care for an animal companion because of fear unless absolutely necessary.

That sounds like a condition called syncope, which usually occurs due to a sudden change in blood flow to the brain. I would get that checked out by your friendly neighborhood vet, as it can be due to quite a few things, some of which are major issues.

The current theory is that the increased cancer risk of the retained testicle is due to the higher temperature all of the cells inside, which are rapidly dividing and not designed for such hot conditions, are continuously held. As you've said, most vets will take both off, but the single normally descended testicle is most likely fine.
