I download and uninstall it regularly. Find some people to chat and then it goes quiet. So when I can't get anything going I uninstall. Repeat and rinse. I'm probably due download it again for a few months lol, it's been a while

I second Teleguard. It seems to work very well.

You have to put your number in on telegram, thats not the case on session
