Should pictures of genitals be allowed as avatars?

Couldn't agree more. A topless photo is meh, wouldnt immediately group that profile with the dick-twat avatar group, more of a "look at me"

Don't really mind it, had one myself for years, it whas not ment to offend people just yeah i really don't know how to explain, maybe trying to share something of us with others.

Either way i think everyone has his own way to expres themselves and i would not be directly judgemental about it, the person behind the picture could be definitely different from what you think they are.
 
I hate genitals as avatars personally, I think they should be banned or a NSFW/SFW avatar switch be put in place so people don't have to stare at it while trying to have a conversation.

Have a little class, put pics in your profile page sure, but not your damn avatar, I can never take you seriously if your cock or boobs are all you think to show yourself as.
When I want to see your dick and or cookie, I'll go to the porn section, porn-art section, or look at your profile.

It definitely pushes away people who would join, if only they weren't bombarded with dick & pussy avatars making it look like a trashy wankfest.

We have a porn section, we are not a porn site.
 
I voted yes, since I don't have a problem with genitals as avatar pictures in general and in this forum in particular.
And there are a few reasons for it.
First reason is, there aren't that many genital pictures used as avatars around anyway, so maybe stop blowing this out of proportion?
Second reason is, this forum is a porn forum. You might want to believe it's all about the community and being together and sharing life, but, well, no. It isn't. There's a large pornsection and that turns this forum into a pornsite. Might not be its intended use or idea, but that's what it is. If you don't want that, get rid of the porn section.
Or lock the porn section behind a paywall or other gate, because that section's also one of the main ways for new people to find this site.
I sure as hell didn't search for "place to talk to likeminded people" when I found zooville and I bet that's true for quite a few others on here.
Third reason is, that the avatars are small pictures on the site of the threads and most who're against it make it sound as if the avatars are front and center in 1920x1080.


But, I also want to say that Valleyyotes argument is incredibly stupid. His whole reasoning is dumb.
 
I don't care as long as nobody is bugging me about not having any. I don't think someone is shallow or uncreative if they have a pic of their boobs/pp/pussy because they may think that particular photo turned out great and who am I to say otherwise. I used to have a dick pic as avatar (not here tho) and it didn't do much to help me (unimpressive pp).
 
I generally don't care, now when someone opens a conversation with their dick as though I should be impressed, THAT is a big turn off that results in that person being ignored.
 
There's no option for "I don't care but probably won't be friends or anything more with someone like that" so I'm casting my vote here. lol

I do not because the forum does not have any way of realistically measuring this number. My estimate is based on years of daily interaction with the forum and the users.
You can see how much it reflects reality from various polls and threads which show how many people are actually zoophiles here and how many are here primarily to find a woman who they can watch having sex with an animal and so on.

I'd preffer if people would keep it for themselves, or in porn section. I just find it distasteful and kinda stupid, honestly. On the other hand, it tells a lot about the person using it, so it may be useful to filter out individuals you don't want to interact with.

They're right with that, just take a look at the posts. That's one of the reasons why I don't understand the insistence of so many people that this isn't a porn forum.

Well, then we could turn back into the endless discussion about the definition of bestiality and zoophilia. It is like in religions, some people insist on a totally pure conviction, while others (like me) have a more relaxed attitude.
To deny that someone likes zoosex when enjoying to look on a lady being fucked by a dog, is the same as denying that a human likes sex when enjoying to look on human - human sex.
I really don’t think that anybody will deny that.
Conclusion - it is pointless to discus this. It is all the same type.

I don't think it is "all the same type". I'm not making judgement, because if everyone is willing and unharmed I don't care, but there is a difference between wanting to watch someone else have sex with a non-human and wanting to do that yourself. There's also a large distinction between the motvations for doing so.

It has been debated on an on in many threads both here on ZooVille and on the late BeastForum too.
To me it ends up in the same way as discussing religion and faith. People believes in many different ways, and will not call any one of them wrong.
