Talking to friends i'm pretty social but in most situations i'm shy and quiet.

2 to 3 range for me I tend to keep to interacting with my established friends and are totally okay being by myself.

Interesting that I fit with the largest sample here, a 3. My military service as well as the vocation I retired from required that I learn and practice social skills. I tend to be a reclusive preferring to not have to go out and interact with people at large these days if I can avoid it. I have come to dislike driving due to all the people that don't seem to know how to drive courteously.

I'm not super social, mainly because trying to get people to do things with me is hard. And I don't usually go out of my way to try and make plans, because I figure my irl friends are busy. Plus I don't drive, so that kinda hurts it too.

I mostly socialize with my small groups of friends and very little family. We don't talk much through our the week but on the weekends 7 of us get together on Discord for D&D.

I have severe social anxiety, don't have family and am too weird, dumb and ugly to have friends. I just never know what to do or say. Finding the right thing is a torturous, high-anxiety event for me, and no matter what it is it's always stupid and wrong. I make everyone uncomfortable, so there's lots of good reasons I avoid people, work nights by myself and hang out online. I can't vote 0 so I voted 1.

I socialize as often as possible. I don’t get as much opportunity as I like but it’s one of the few things that thoroughly fulfills me.

I go out once or twice a week to socialize with friends (or to meet new acquaintances from various platforms). I generally like people and enjoy meeting new people too.
Social? Yes. Sociable? Definitely.
