Is treatment always necessary for cancer?

You don't *have* to treat it. One of my relatives decided it was just his time and spent three months eating pain pills until it finally killed him. It was that or leave his wife destitute from the treatment costs.
We saw the second option with a family friend and his wife, who kept fighting her metastatic breast cancer until it turned into liver cancer until it turned into everything cancer until she finally died; he'd been a millionaire (back when that meant something) and ended up broke and alone anyway.
It really depends on the type of cancer, though. I have a friend who apparently has some seriously fucked up genetics. He first had colon cancer when he was sixteen. He has had various other forms pop up over his life and has been on some form of chemotherapy at least every three years for as long as I've known him (about 17 years). He's pushing 60 now.

Thats quite the story.
Do your research, get educated. Join a cancer group. Visit https://www.inspire.com/. They have many discussion groups for all kinds of cancers with posts mainly by people who are in various stages of cancer from discovery, to treatment, to cures, to therapies. If you have cancer, after you do all your research, what ever you decide to do that is best for you is the best path to take. There is generally no one path that is best for all.

This thread is a good example for why general health insurance is valuable. The thought of having to decide whether you die miserably and leave your wife with some money to live the rest of her life or spend it all on treatment that may or may not help and end in poverty either way (that is for either both of you or just the wife) ... meh.
Doesn't cancer by definition have an apoptosis process broken? And usually gets removed by your immune system?

Besides health choices and genetics what increases these risk factors?
(I already know lead and asbestos smoking are in the risk column)

Radioactivity does, also excessive X-rays which is why most of your body gets protection when you need an X-ray.

LIFE causes cancer, dude. That's the long and short of it. Just the simple fact of being alive. The longer you live, the higher the chance you're going to develop some form of cancer. Live long enough, and it's all but guaranteed you'll get it. The only question is what type it will be.

I dont believe everything i see or read on the internet. It can be altered or false.
I ask this because i must know everything from risks to preventive measures. Anything that isnt known yet or estimated to work.
I seek to know any risks to avoid any uncertainty. Government isnt a trustworthy entity to me.
Plus theres another reason why i ask but that topic isnt valid yet.

You are asking for an encyclopedia sized response.
That is by definition unanswerable right now.
Neither to me, look for some research or summaries and ask yourself whether they make sense. Always do simple checks on the results, you will exclude the biggest bullshit that way. Just make sure you do not make a mistake (that's why they should be simple).

Not always. Apoptosis usually seems to kick in when something is so screwed within the cell that there's no hope of it dividing successfully. Exactly what the mechanism is, and how such damage is "detected" to trigger apoptosis is an unknown to me. A cancer cell that doesn't self-destruct generally tends to do QUITE well at dividing - and very little else besides soaking up "supplies" - which is, of course, the problem.
The power of positive thinking has its way, which sort of falls in line with prayer.
If you ever seen people in the hospital give up, they go downhill quite quickly.
