It's both on the left side at the very bottom of each forum page as well as in the preferences of your account (the first combobox, "style")

I found dark mode probably my second day here but I know some still don't know so a post in here is worth it.

This is what I wound up setting my preference to... easy on the eyes as well as slightly easing up on battery life
