Hey is 6.7 inches considered small

I would say it depends where you are and what your partner can handle, In North America I'd say 6.7in is respectable. Its not small by most standards but also not big enough to satisfy someone with a.... larger appetite, Now if you are outside of NA then the spectrum can shift in either direction so temper your expectations accordingly. The other factor is of course your partner, Like men not all women are built the same way and so they have different preferences. Women have the advantage of being able to stretch to accommodate a wide range and can adjust to a larger size over time but that doesn't mean there aren't women out there who would think you are too big. As an example I am about 8in fully erect and for my wife that is quite large to the point that if we aren't having regular sex the next time we do I have to be careful not to hurt her, Others have posted they prefer 9in+ and that may just be the right size for them. Long story short be confident with what you have and trust that its the right tool for the right job.
 
Kind of worried about this myself. "Why are men so hung (no pun) on their dick size?" Can't speak for other guys, but for me, it's because I want to please the woman I'm with. If I can't, I feel like a failure. I always seem to fail, no matter how hard I try. Hell, this past Sunday, a girl I was seeing decided to break things off after a year together. Of course, they said I did nothing wrong, but if that were true, we'd still be together... :( So, again, I worry about my size, because if I can't scratch a woman's "itch" I feel useless. It's one reason my human sexual experiences is a total of... two people.

Size is only part of that equation and while it is a big part of it.... no pun intended technique is also important, Knowing HOW to pleasure a woman can make a big difference so don't be afraid to try something new or learn a new skill.

Oral and fingers work too, I know. Not saying that sarcastic, or ungrateful. But as you said, they aren't the big part.

Completely agree. I barely touch the line at 7” on a good day, and I still bottom out from time to time. Any extra length is just going to be dry dick.
