Hey is 6.7 inches considered small

Like the old tune goes, " It Ain't The Meat, It's The Motion...". It's hard to really know how anyone will react to whatever you have. Spend the time to get to know him/her, beforehand, and you're likely to find your size is ideal for that person.

As Archimedes did, with water displacement. Depth and diameter may be variable with any given vagina, but the capacity in cubic inches or cubic Centimeters will remain constant, even if you have to stand her on her head to fill her up.

Noooooo....full is full. When said vessel is filled, a graduated basin can be used to measure outflow. A set time of recovery of would be more useful than pressure, and, I think, far more comfortable to the possessor of the vessel when measured.

Are you running with the assumption that the owner of this vagina has had a total hysterectomy & therefore missing the cervix & uterus because otherwise you're gonna get drainage

Dont think so. Drainage to where? It's not a cloaca, after all. It is a closed system, uterus or no. A potential couple of quarts of water hasnt enough weight to force a cervix, in any case
 
I've had a lot of experience with a lot of different people (safely of course). Im 7 on the dot. Some can only take me half way, some can take me all the way. Both men and women. Honestly, the size doesn't matter thing is 100% true. Penetration isn't everything. If you're able to incorporate other things into your sexual encounter, and really please them, size won't be an issue. But if youre that self conscious about it though, no 6.7 inches is not considered small :3
