That we are, and even if you meet someone whom you strongly suspect of being zoo, what do you do about it?

While if directly asked, I wouldn't lie about it, it is still something I wouldn't volunteer IRL unless directly asked or I had gotten to know the person well in a real world situation. And I could imagine it might make many run for the hills to be confronted with someone knowing or guessing what for many is their most hidden secret.

Although it would be amazing to know someone irl and be open, I am not sure how it could happen. Life is easier and safer with a secret
 
Yes! someone I knew and worked with for years, for both of us to only recently realize the other is also zoo, at same time! we have become much better and closer friends since. Also found out they are involved with a popular zoo podcast which is neat.

I have actually met many zoos offline. we just kinda get a feeling about each other everytime really.

I've known 4 women in the last ~15 years that admitted to it & into, all 4 into dogs with 2 of them into horses too.
Need some level of trust before stuff like this come out, and typically while extremely horny or intoxicated. It won't just pop out in normal conversation.

Originally met them all online or through RL friends.

In total I've met 3, in a sense.

One was a friend of mine who...got a little too tmi after his marital issues and admitted to me he was into trans girl and horses. That sparked a conversation I was surprised to hear.

One friend I originally did meet online, through a unrelated-to-zoo hobby discord. We also met IRL a time or 2 as we're just really close friends, I 100% can say he's my best friend now. Yes I’ve met one organically in real life that I’m aware of. I have met two online “organically” and just found out about it after talking.
