Siriusvägen 46 would be the actual address.
Nolby and Kvissleby probably local residence
Sundsvall is the city, and Västernorrland is the County (not sure i'm explaining it in a way that makes sense lol)

Makes perfect sense. In the US when we right out an address it’s just the street address along with the city name, state, and zip (area) code. I guess this is similar it’s just got what we call the county name added.
