What I do is post a number, type the new one in, count to 4, and then post the next number. 3 is too short and I end up double posting, 5 is too long and the page is telling me I there are new posts. 4 seems like the sweet spot. But yea, maybe 6 mins if no one interrupts and we have no hiccups ourselves.
