I always assumed it was to keep people from spamming threads, or at least slow them down. Why it was removed? I’m not sure. It’s be funny if it was removed because every time it told someone that it sent the admins a notification of someone spamming. Only to see it was us in this thread, and that’s why it got turned off ?.
