I once worked somewhere, where it was company policy to scream at the top of your voice "Yippy Yi Yo Ki Yay!" Whenever you made a serious SCREW UP! Such as the day I stepped off a reinforce part of a second level storage area and put my foot straight through the plaster ceiling of the workshop below scaring the crap out of those working below.
