Whoops, I had to edit that to hyperdecant. Basically it's the process of pouring wine in a blender and blending it on the highest setting for 30 seconds to a minute to artificially induce aeration into the wine to make it a little less punchy, and a lot more smooth. Decant is a different process.

I think I'll just skip wine entirely, no point wasting money on something I don't like.
