In general if it has 0.5% Alcohol by volume or less, it's considered as a "non-alcoholic" drink. Although there are some things that are fermented that are allowed to get away with no more than 1.2% ABV and still be considered "non-alcoholic."

That is interesting, reminds me to the water based Kefir drinks. Those can consist of naturally fermented alcohol as well (and are sparkling, really refreshing in the summer if cooled down).
