What does "Follow" actually do? Never gotten a notification or anything when those I follow do something.
It's just been a mutual follow thing for me.

It doesn't do much. As long as the other person doesn't have their online status set to private the forum will tell you when they are online. They also show up on your about page as a follower. If you mess around with your account settings you can adjust the settings to only allow people that you follow to send you PMs and stuff like that. But otherwise, it doesn't do too much.

Just checked, I have the most followers of all regulars here, so I won that competition.

I guess that would likely put me in second place, without actually checking on everyone. But, for a man, I do have a lot of followers. Women tend to get them a lot easier since like 88.88% of the userbase are men that drool over anything the even remotely resembles a woman. Lol
