I guess to give an update. I wasn't bad at all. Granted it could have been the steak in question, but for a cheap top sirloin it actually came out surprisingly really tender, and it had a decent flavor to it overall. The two main downsides is that it did not have a crust, especially in the center of the steak, and it definitely was missing that distinct "grill" flavor I like. All in all not bad, but I'll probably just stick with the grilling it. It's good to know that if I happen to run out of propane in the middle of grilling I can also salvage it in the air fryer.
