Ugg... I'm hungry... but my steak hasn't been marinating in the refrigerator long enough to soak up all the seasoning yet. I'm going to do a little experiment today though. One of my clients was talking about how good her steak came out in the air fryer awhile back, and I want to try it out.

I guess to give an update. I wasn't bad at all. Granted it could have been the steak in question, but for a cheap top sirloin it actually came out surprisingly really tender, and it had a decent flavor to it overall. The two main downsides is that it did not have a crust, especially in the center of the steak, and it definitely was missing that distinct "grill" flavor I like. All in all not bad, but I'll probably just stick with the grilling it. It's good to know that if I happen to run out of propane in the middle of grilling I can also salvage it in the air fryer.
