I'll probably play a few more matches tonight to see if I can trigger him to appear. But once I hit 2,500 the graph started going horizontally and I was getting "+/- 0 level" each time I was winning. I know I've beat him on Table Tennis before, many many many years ago... but I thought he was also the final boss on the Sword play game too.

Nope, I looked it up, apparently you have to get to level 1,496 to 1,500 to trigger him. I must have whooped his ass and didn't even realize it was him! Lol. So I guess I just topped out the level score.
