Typically when I cook with beer, it's to make a stew. Flat iron steak, onions, carrots, a green bell pepper, and potatoes, in a beer base broth made with beer, water, mushroom beef bullion, salt, black pepper, parsley, garlic, and a bit of soy sauce. Makes for some good eats!Otherwise I could recommend bear canned chicken, if you have not tried that.
