Actually I use this thread as a counter desensitization in regards of guaranteeing correct results.
I force myself to -just- check twice, not X times and if errors happen, that's it (as long as they're not seen almost directly). Makes it easier to do the same in "relevant" tasks, if the additional time wouldn't get paid adequately to 100% results. ?‍

As such I can understand you, but wouldn't necessarily do the same as it just increases the stress and self-propelling properties of this aspect.

Yep, if some mod did this it would actually falsify all past numbers, not just the errors in those counts. But it's counterproductive in terms of "posting counter = number counter" as an easy check if someone cheated.

Nah, I fixed two problems which it had, one as example being a stuck-in control button in the control panel, which was probably the reason why the company sold it in good working order. If it is stuck (due to mechanical impreciseness), then it doesn't allow settings to be changed.

Now it's going to stay how it is and I think about possible concepts to integrate it. I don't want to elongate the distance between vapor / condenser unit, i.e. the coolant fluid sealed concept. It's just propane, as such not that relevant in terms of greenhouse gas effect (three times more than CO2, while R32 as example is ~680+ times more effective as greenhouse gas and should not get released at any costs) but I still don't want the hassle with vacuumizing, refilling and so on. Unnecessary in this case.

As such the interior will get reconstructed or rearranged, let's see. I've several documents to finish today, as such not that much time to work on the machine.
