It's rubbed with soy sauce and seasoned with a bit of white truffle salt, black pepper, parsley, onion flakes, and garlic powder. But since I definitely want to taste the meat on this one, I've gone really light with the seasoning. It's a black angus/wagyu mix breed steak. Normally I don't spend that much money on steak, but I caught 8oz steak on sale for $10. For American Wagyu that's a freaking bargain!
