First I've heard of that...But which couple? The gal who went by Sunsetv may have been arrested with her GI Hub, but on a Military installation, as a dependent, the military had no ability to jail her. It did start up with plenty of fearmongering. I don't recall which sources were cited, but apparently there was some research involved. First they find out that it's one of those Color Climax tapes from Denmark. Then the show goes into a bio of Bodil, where her life went from bad to worse.
