Behavioral change

Honestly yes there's a change in a horse's behavior that's receiving a lot of attention and affection and one that's simply treated as a object like most are, but not in a bad way such as constantly asking for sex more like becoming a very large pet that acts more like a family dog that a equine.

Oh Ok. That’s what I thought. It’s unfortunate that some are just treated like objects.

There is a difference in behavior and I can say it is huge (of course, if you are focused on establishing a relationship with the mare, and not five-minute sex).
For "ordinary" horses, the owner is food/work/fun time. For mares that end up with real zoos, everything is completely different. You become her partner. She wants to be near you. Her attention is focused on you. She will try to stay closer and even touch you. She may start trying to involve you in mutual scratching, etc.

Regarding the "show of desire" in front of others, this can also happen. My beloved showed me her passion a lot of times in front of my friends or parents. But all this can easily be played out as a joke.
P.S. the example is not based on a large number of mares, but is taken from the analysis of the relationship with my beloved.

From my experience, my dog was more obedient after our first intimate contacts. Maybe because he thought I was his "reward" for good behaviour. He was also learned to hump on me only when I was naked in my room (once happened in shower).

It all depends on how you get the dog(s) used to it, as stated in previous posts. Have control and teach them with something specific when and where to do it unless we give them the freedom to do it whenever they want and we stick to the consequences.

I forgot to add that it is riskier when they are young, once they are adults, they behave better.

That sounds lovely! I assume this all comes naturally as the relationship is built over time. From what I know, starting the romantic relationship is being intimate with her (consensually of course) in the first heat she’s in when you have her (example: you buy a 10 year old horse. She goes into heat a few weeks later and you consensually love her and see how she responds).

Verry True. Show him places where it is only possibel. Naked or with special clothes (open pants).

One of my boys I've been letting mount has become more anxious when I'm gone/leave him to do something but other than that he acts normal

How has your animal mate’s demeanor changed since the introduction to your sexual relationship?

Do they carry on like it’s just an extra optional activity or do they behave differently towards you now? And i mean normal everyday not just in heat or when you’re naked.

Honestly, with my mare, I didn't see a change in our bond with the addition of the sexual relationship. We already had a good bond, and the sexual part was just a bonus. When I really started paying attention to how SHE felt, that was when our bond exploded into what it is now. It's so much deeper and meaningful, and she shows her feelings to me in the subtle differences in how she acts around me. It always warms my heart when she allows me to hold her head in my arms, giving her the ability to easily pull away if she wants, but she stays because she chooses to. That kind of relationship is incredibly deep and caring.

The sex part did not matter. Spending time with my bull, paying attention to his body language, grooming him, just general body contact and getting to know each other. That's what realy made us friends. Oh, an treats.
