Sadly this does happen as well, more frequently than the universities would like to admit - it would make them look bad to consider all the aspects of what defines sexual assault.this all statistics is about what people define "sexual assualt" or "rape". I heard complaints where a woman defined being assualted because she kissed a guy willingly and then regrated it the day after.
Kissing a guy and later regretting it is not sexual assault, it's regret.
Now a guy trying to grope you after just meeting him at a bar, that's obvious sexual assault, and maybe even attempted rape if he starts using force.
And that applies to both genders.
