The practical implementation of this would be very time consuming.
You can literally see how few people read the current rules.
How many people do you think would read and respect that they are not supposed to show us their cock on every post.
In the end mods would be deleting and explaining profile pictures to dozens of people a week.

I used to participate in a relationship discussion forum and their policy was simple - "junk" as an avatar, banned. No warnings, no pleading, no begging. And they banned a ton of people too. They took a hard-line approach where "not reading the rules = dipshit" and they didn't view it as their problem or responsibility when consequences were doled out. They took that approach with certain subject matter as well.

The benefit was the majority of people participating had read the rules and were following or going with a more obvious, basic rule of "treat others the way I'd like to be treated". Minus the occasional slip due to emotions running high in the moment. We are human after all.

But, that site was highly focused on discussion, not media.

Anyway, this was just a suggestion, nothing more.

I guess that would kill the friendly reputation of this Site
I mean imagine if more than hundred of people getting banned without warning, you can see below their username that they are banned it isn't the best way to appli a rule

Zoovilles member count would face a huge drop if they banned everyone like that lmao! I bet a good 75%+ can barely read, let alone care to consider rules that they would have to follow. The amount of entitled members here is sickening.

This is not a friendly site. The mods here will are fine with that too, and even participate in hacking other members down.

Unfortunately, some of it does spill out but to be fair, the mods do generally put a reasonable effort in taming/managing that.

As members we do have some control over it ourselves, where we can click "ignore" on people we just don't really want to see or hear from anymore regardless of our reasons.

One could choose to have thicker skin, or push back, or something else entirely.

It's a "what works for you" more than anything else.

The member count dropping would not be a bad thing.
I don’t mind the dumpster fire. You know what to expect there. To say it spills out tho, is putting it lightly. I don’t know if you’ve ever noticed “stashes” posts, but they had many outside of the dumpster fire, and the mods took their sweet ass time banning that idiot. Then you have the jackass pes harassing members because he’s not attracted to them.

It would be a good idea, no dick, no vagina, no ass, no boobs. This is a zoo forum, zoo pictures should be on it.
However, knowing how many people do not read the rules, the moderators would have a continuous and tiring job of deleting profile pictures, linking to the rule, issuing penalty points, etc. And lots of members would leave.
It's better if they don't do anything right now. It will be decided later.
 
How about deal with it ? Honestly why people care so much about a profile picture ? Its not even fullscreen, its useless to put this much effort for something barely visible

Becuase it's the real world equivalent of walking up to someone to have a conversation with them in public with your junk out. A lot of us dont like being forced to participate in someone's exposure/flashing fetish. But when its a profile picture... that's exactly what's happening. Someone gets off on the idea of other people looking at their junk and they force everyone to see it against their will.

My point is, why not simply ignoring ? Even if that's disgusting to see for some people ? There's probably worse to take care of in this site rather than just a few junk pictures, I genuinely think removing those who put these pictures is pointless

I also would like to add that you joined in 2020 and it has been this way for long and you're probably not the only one. So I'm kinda curious about why that is now a problem today
