[ZOOVILLE RULES]

hey,, just a quick question: i lost my PM privileges because of inactivity (at least, I think so) a while back but I just hit the message requirement to get it back! how long can I expect to wait until i get privileges? (or maybe did I just misunderstand something?)

Enough bullshits,

No one has taken away any of your privileges. They simply changed the requirement from 10 to 20 posts in order for you to be able to send PMs. Your posting history shows that before today you had fewer than 20 posts, and therefore, according to the rules, your right to send private messages was automatically revoked. Today you wrote a lot of posts, bringing your total to over 20 - that’s all.

If you had read the rules, you would have known. Go back to the first page of this thread and read the fucking rules!

so hostile over nothing lol

Admins here aren't very nice. Regrettably I violated some rules on some posts, apologize for that but I really don't appreciate being sworn at or the passive aggressive commentary in a thread of mine. Positively dripping with attitude and unnecessary.

They are... Unless you give'm a reason not to be.

Regrettably I violated some rules on some posts,
That was stupid.

apologize for that
If that's an apology... It's not a very good one.

but I really don't appreciate being sworn at or the passive aggressive commentary in a thread of mine.
Being sworn at? The admins don't do that unless you really do something stupid...

Positively dripping with attitude and unnecessary.
If you got attitude, you probably earned it.

Editing posts. Leaving out the original thread. Lmfao.

I left out the thread on purpose, admin can easily find it.
That’s interesting talk from a place that seemingly champions treating others with respect and language accordingly. I don’t feel that from this so called “community”. That’s a wrap for me then, good bye.

Wow. I guess I should not be surprised at there being drama on the internet (GASP!) but it sure seems like there is a remarkable amount on the thread highlighting the rules.

Thank you to all the mods, admin Floofy, and community member trying to steer people here back to this thread. The best way to help someone it to teach them to help themself and all that…

Watching this thread for changes to the rules, as well as any other salt folks want to sprinkle on 🫠

I wonder why the rules are so strict. Is the situation here in the forum really that bad?
Yes. There are thousands that only want to scam you, hurt you, expose you, blackmail you, arrest you, and on top of that, we have aassive amount of pedos that all they want to do is open PM to share their digusting bullshit.

The rules are strict to prevent the situation from getting that bad.
More like getting out of hand :)

Contact information
Do not post contact information on the forum, as a post on your or someone else's profile page or in your signature. Not even in the Bestiality Personal Ads & Meetup.
This includes e-mail / Telegram / Session / Matrix(Element) / Discord / KiK / Wickr / Whatsapp / phone number or any other chat app username, social media link or physical address or any other kind of contact information.

Mentioning that your username is the same as your chat app username counts as posting contact information.

Posting this information in the form of a picture, inside a video or as your profile picture is not allowed.

Posting these is only allowed inside a Zooville group (see below) or on your About profile page.
If your chat app ID is in your About profile page, you are
not allowed to advertise that fact on the open forum.
If you want to give someone this information, do it in a private message.
This is for your own safety, only groups and the About page are not visible to unregistered guests.

Breaking this rule will result in a warning point.
Trying to obfuscate contact information in order to break this rule may result in multiple warning points.
@FloofyNewfie @Oldman @dogluver101 @Mare Lover 1975 People using the "look at my about page" are multiplying.

Mods, I want to start a discussion about simplifying this thing.
What is the reason we allow people to have contact info on the About page and disallow saying that on the forum?
I get that we do not want people to post that info on the public forum and pointing readers to the About page is an equivalent with just one extra step.

So how about we simplify this to.
No contact information anywhere except allowed in PMs and Groups.
Not even on the About page, no public space on the entire forum would allow contact information, period. You want to exchange that, do it privately.
Obviously it would result in reports of info on About pages from the time it was allowed. So we would lets say just delete that if the account is older than 2026.
(Groups are a kind of gray area since they can be public.)
