It might be a fantasy today, but it probably won't always be. Medical technology is going in this direction to make it possible. We're rapidly approaching the time where there's more of a cultural obstacle against this than a science or ability one.

They're already either growing or 3D printing other body parts already today, and a quick Google search bought up this from 2014 which is crazy that this is already 6 years old so imagine where they are now.
Now I think some of the things people are talking about here, like sheaths, red color, knots that inflate, may be tricky, but the technology for general penis replacement with lab grown dicks made from your own cells and shaped Into whatever form you want is basically already here, today.

Considering that whenever the technology arrives (and it is a question more of when than if) "human penis" would be the default use case at first, I see something like smaller flairs/touches (bumps, ridges, barbs, knots) being an easier ask in the early years (more because of cultural obstacles than anything else), so I see a human penis + an added on attribute being something people will be sporting down there yes.
