Someone I know who does modeling and is almost completely covered did body painting once with just flesh color paint to show what she looked like before getting tattoos. Almost didn't recognize her. And I guess you could use body suits, just leave the areas "needed" open.

I've actually had people ask me about that, and I think if someone were to offer me at least $100 and I had a fluffy partner, I'd absolutely do it. Masked though of course, probably in full pup gear (mask/hood, collar, harness, paw mitts, tail plug)
