Wondering if this dog can mount

I was wondering if a standard size alaskan klee kai can mount a person im about 5 feet 4 inche guy. I mainly want one because they were cute

A husky?
I think anything the size of a border collie is minimum.

maybe a husky but i was afraid that a husky would conflict with my lifestyle like with exercise and stuff don't get me wrong I could be more active

Golden retrievers are said to be on the chill side, okay with exercising or just laying around the house plus they are beautiful dogs, down side they do shed a bunch.
