It is my understanding that the science shows it to be a sexual orientation that's largely programmed at an early age.
 
English is my 3rd language but I try my best. There was a study where men and women watched all kind of porn videos. Men were mostly turned on when video showed a man and a woman having sex. Women were always turned on, even when they showed animals having sex. Maybe you just took a one step further.

The conditioning that has taken place in our societies over the last hundreds of years has prevented most women from having sex in the most primal, sexual and pleasurable way possible, namely with an animal. That is just my humble opinion. Therefore it is great to see so many people on Zooville share their passion for the zooworld. :)

I agree 100% , throughout history this was a common thing. Women need to dig into their primal urges.
 
You’re not alone, for me it was just being really turned out by the thought of a woman being with a dog. I’m a male but some dogs are much bigger penis size than people and more semen too. I think it was mainly the forbidden part that drew me in like they say people want what they can’t have and I think there’s some truth to this. But it goes deeper I think dogs are just biologically gifted with a great penis and a lot of Semen which makes the perfect sexual partner for a lady. Personally if I found a girl into that, I’d probably marry her because she’s a keeper

It's something primal I think. I hope one day I get to enjoy the feeling of being fucked and tied together with a dog. I want to feel that closeness so so much.

I can't recall the study, hopefully someone else will and can link it, but there was one not too long ago that showed that zoophiles had an interest in non-human animals well before the onset of puberty, much as has been shown for homosexuality and other sexual orientations. There's still so much more to learn, but it suggests many of us are wired like this from the start.

You know the saying people want what they can’t have, the more forbidden something is the more they want it. Taboo is seen as forbidden and kinky so people get more turned on by it. Which probably then leads to some sexual attraction towards animals after a while. There comes a point where you get so used to zoo that it just seems normal for you and you’re just genuinely attracted to animals but id like to think it starts off as curiousity, then more like a kink because it’s a bit naughty and then it becomes a full blown attraction.

That may apply to some people, but I don't think it applies to most or else we'd see a lot more of that kind of result in the general population. Everything I've read suggests that the majority of people have a set sexual identity that is well established before puberty and while they might experiment a bit outside of that especially in their youth, we tend to be aligned one way or another and focus on that.
That reasoning would also suggest that people would become normalized with whatever and would forever be searching for the next new thrill; I'm sure that desribes some individuals, but I don't think it describes any but a very small subset of the population. Occsionally one sees discussion of the "exotic becomes erotic" mindset, but such ideas don't stand up to the data when closely examined so don't have any real validity or value.

I've been in the community for about 30 years now and I see many of the same people over and over, their interests, like mine, haven't really changed. There is of course a much larger population of people who come and go, but I think for most of them it's a passing curiosity or something that they themselves are not interested in and only want to watch; either way for most I think it remains purely in the realm of fantasy for their whole lives. Age seems to have a very large effect here and the younger a person is the more fantasizing there seems to be. People can come up with countless reasons why they can't do something, but I feel that for those who have a deep seated desire that's set in reality they tend to focus on it and make it happen.

In my case it had a lot to do with growing up around animals and the relationships you have with them, and the relationships or lack of them with other people. For me animals were always a comfort and companions and I had real feelings for them. I grew up rather poor in a very rural area and didn’t have many opportunities to have other relationships. Once puberty arrived it was just nature taking its course for me.

Probably also a bit of the taboo that’s exciting, or the idea of having a primal beast hold your hips and drag you back in and the desire is actually there, real enjoyment and doesn’t come with the sometimes fake feelings with humans
