Who in your personal life knows?

Like the question says, I want to know who's all in your personal life knows, like I've wanted to tell my family before, but I don't want them to view me any differently, so I won't. But I might tell my closest friend one day.
 
I told my mother like 20 years ago but she either didnt understand, didn't believe me, or didn't care, and just happy I'm happy. She loves my dogs
 
The first person I ever told was an ex-girlfriend because I got an idea that she was attracted to dog knots because of a dildo she had.
 
Three people know about me: my best friend (she also have specific kink related with black men), my BF and.. one very trusted person from my study ☺️
 
Thankfully no one i dont want to know. Ive thought long and hard about telling my lifelong friend, and dont think anything would change in our friendship with him knowing, but its just not worth the risk
 
I have a FWB that knows, that is it.

I'd like to tell more people, but that is a scary thought.

I've had a close friend tell me that I seemed "too close" with my dog. She later got a couple of dogs and then told me "now I get it" I'm not sure if she is zoo or not. I wasn't going to ask. I will say that since she got her pups, she hasn't been dating anymore...
 
I have always trusted my husband with my deepest, most personal thoughts even since before we were together. I knew he would be accepting when I told him, and he was. He's the only one who knows.

Two people, my sister and her ex boyfriend. Back in middle school he always let me use his computer and let's just say, deleting the history doesn't make it all go away. He told her, and then they confronted me about it.
Luckily though they just dropped it, never spoke bout it since.
