What thoughts do you have while knotted

From a guy's perspective one time after not doing it for many months..
OH MY FUCK, THIS HURTS!

My first time I panicked hard, got my hand up quick enough to hold his knot from getting in on the first one. But the second one he rammed in so quick and had me pinned I couldn't stop his knot, but holy crap did we both cum a lot.

Other than the paranoid thoughts like are the doors properly locked or is someone peeking through the windows. It is mostly just be in the moment and enjoy the experience, I do not think he gives me the time to even think beyond than just enjoy to the fullest possible. No, I am not thinking of watching desperate housewives or top chef lol
