Besides here, I hang out a lot at a music nerd website called Acclaimed Music. They do lots of surveys of their membership and currently I've been following a thread for songs of 2009. So here's one from that year I've been playing a fair bit lately.

It gathers together critics lists, i.e. "So-and-So Magazine's Top 100 of 2023", and then aggregates them together to rank them. There's also a forum for users to debate/rank music themselves. The site itself is out of Sweden so there's less of an all U.S. music bias than many other sites tend towards. I've been able to discover music there I'd otherwise be oblivious to.
